督察发现，一些地方还存在历史遗留矿山生态修复滞后问题。昌平区未按要求将9座废弃矿山核定建档，“十四五”期间未开展修复治理；其中6座位于风景名胜区，面积共317亩。上口村废弃白云岩矿位于风景名胜区内，面积58亩，历史上开采形成的裸岩高达50米，大量废渣碎石随山体随意堆放。上口村一废弃金矿同样位于风景名胜区内，面积142亩，倾倒在山沟中的废渣被雨水冲刷，形成长约600米的侵蚀沟。
